The Dove NutriumMoisture line is formulated to:
- Repair and maintain skin’s protective layer during cleansing
- Penetrate deep down up to 10 layers of skin to replenish and nourish
- Significantly reduce dryness and improve moisturization
Each formulation was thick and creamy and lathered up into a nice rich and luxurious foam. I was able to shave my legs using this instead of a shaving cream with the same smooth results. The beads in the Gentle Exfoliating formula didn't irritate or scratch my sensitive skin but I can see myself only using this maybe 2-3 times a week - using it daily might be too much for my poor skin.
The Deep Moisture is REALLY moisturizing. I might not need something this heavy in warm weather but I will definitely be using this come winter. I think it'll really save my skin from the cold and wind.
Out of the 3, I definitely like the Sensitive Skin one the best. It's very gentle and felt lighter than the other 2 (but still didn't take away from the moisturizing). I sometimes get rashes on my hands because my skin gets irritated and dry and the Sensitive Skin formula helped.
Because I love these new body washes, I want you to try them also! I'm giving away a full size 12 oz bottle of the Dove NutriumMoisture Sensitive Skin body wash to the person that leaves me the 14th comment (since it's 9/14 today). That's it. #14 gets a free body wash - easy, right?
Happy sudsing!

I love dove stuff too, it always feels so creamy and the smell is so comforting! I bought a handwash from them and was surprised to discover that it was gentle enough for facial cleansing too! Perfect for my lazy boyfriend haha. Yes the crab was yummy :) I've been craving seafood lately! xoxo
Great post! i have been using dove bars for ages now and was planning to make a switch this time around. So thanks for such a timely post. i have very dry skin so i might go for the sensitive one and the deep moisture one for winters and since i am no where near he 14th commenter, i guess i will have to head to the good old target.but thanks again, i love reading such posts where you get first hand tried and tested observations from the gals whose judgement you trust.
Ohhlala, Dove has to be one of my favorite, most moisturizing body products of all sorts (thinking of how best to say that...I mean most moisturizing lotions, body wash, soap, shampoo, etc.!)
I'M A HUGE DOVE FAN!

i love the way dove smells, but i have never been able to use it without getting a rash (weird i know), i have tried everything (from $1-$50), but always have to go back to the old ivory bar soap. boooooooo sensitive skin, i want to use soap that smells good too. :)
